    • RENDER Stockbridge is ideally located near a wide variety of shopping and dining options. Residents are just minutes from Southlake Mall, and Tanger Outlets, perfect for shopping. The community also has easy access to Highway 138 and South Point, where you’ll find a growing mix of restaurants, coffee spots, grocery stores, and everyday conveniences—making errands and dining out quick and effortless.
  • What are the most convenient highways and commute routes from Stockbridge?
    • Commuting is commonly done via I-75 and I-675, connecting Stockbridge quickly to Atlanta and surrounding cities.

Application Process

  • What are the income requirements?
    • All applicants must demonstrate household income of at least 3× the monthly rent before taxes to qualify. Income requirement exceptions (such as a guarantor or co-signer) may be considered on a case-by-case basis. Ask the leasing team about options like OneApp or co-signer support.
  • What is the screening criteria?
    • The community performs background and credit checks as part of the application process. Security deposits are typically determined based on screening results and may vary by applicant. Jetty deposit alternatives may be offered—check with leasing for current programs.
  • How long does approval process take?
    • Approval times can vary, but most decisions are typically made within a few business days once a complete application is submitted.
  • How do you accept rent payments?
    • Rent payments are accepted through the community’s online resident portal and in office. We also partner with Flex as a flexible payment option, ask your leasing agent for details.
  • Do you offer short-term leases?
    • Lease terms often range from about 12 to 15 months, and short-term options may be available on a case-by-case basis. Contact the office for current leasing terms available.
  • Do you offer specials for preferred employers?

  • Is smoking allowed?
    • RENDER Stockbridge is a smoke-free community. Smoking inside units and certain common areas is not permitted.
  • Do the apartments include a washer and dryer?
    • Yes, each apartment includes a full-size Whirlpool front-load washer and dryer.
  • Do you have EV charging stations available?
    • Yes! RENDER Stockbridge does offer electric vehicle (EV) charging stations as an amenity for residents.
